From Serbia to Arosa
After about 1400km, 28 hours and a gondola ride, it's done: Napa has arrived at the Arosa Bear Sanctaury. Especially from the arrival in Arosa there were of course some challenges to master. "The transport cage with Napa inside weighs around 550kg. Transporting it from the bear ambulance to the gondola was a logistical masterpiece. I am very happy that everything went so well and that Napa has finally arrived at its final home", said Carsten Hertwig, FOUR PAWS bear expert.
We have waited so long for him. Now finally he is here, our first bear. The whole of Arosa is delighted that Napa has been given his lifelong home with us in the beautiful Arosa mountains
